Holly Jolly Blog Hop

Can you believe it's November already? Christmas is just around the corner! For the past few years I have really wanted to make my own gift tags, but not gotten around to it. This year I am determined to make some to use on my packages. So, I came up with this snowman tag to get me started.

I cut the tag at 6" from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More then sprayed it with pearl glimmer mist. It really gave it some sparkle! Wish you could see that in the picture. I used diamond stickles for the snow. The snowman is a stamp I've had for awhile. Isn't he beautiful? :) I used the Martha Stewart branch punch to create the tree, then touched it up with red stickles for decorations. I cut the star from Joys of the Season. It was part of a set, but I only needed the one. I used diamond stickles to give it some sparkle.

I hope you enjoy my tag. I had a lot of fun making it. Next you are headed to my friend Maria's blog at: http://stampcutcreate.blogspot.com/ Thanks for stopping by.

Hello Kitty Halloween Card

Hi Everyone! Welcome to the Halloween Blog Hop. Be sure to check out all the posts as there is some blog candy along the way. :)

I chose to make a Hello Kitty Halloween card for my niece. It is an A3 size card. The white is cut at 5.25 x 4" and the pattern paper is cut at 5 x 3.75". Hello Kitty is cut at 3" and Happy Halloween is cut at 1". I do not recommend cutting it at 1". It was very difficult to piece together. The doily pattern across the middle is washi tape.

I hope you enjoy my card. Your next stop on the Hop is Terri at http://tdycreativegal.blogspot.com/ Thanks for stopping by!

Halloween House

I made this Halloween House for a recent swap. I adapted the sweet treats house on the Sweet Tooth Boxes cartridge to make a (not so) spooky house. I placed a black kitty sitting in front of the door waiting to come in, a black bat flying past the window, and jack o' lanterns on each windowsill. I hope you enjoy it. :)

Then from South Carolina to Arkansas. And lastly from Arkansas to Oklahoma. I'm praying 2013 is the year of no moving!! lol I feel like my whole life has been pack the boxes, move the boxes, unpack the boxes for years now. I'm so ready to put down roots and enjoy life. And get back to crafting!! :) Today I'm a guest designer on the Cricut Fanatics blog. Check it out at Cricut Fanatics. Here's a sneak peek of my project.
